This 90-minute discussion with fellow gap fund program managers will provide a detailed review of member approaches to communication and promotion of their gap fund and accelerator programs.The communication and promotional strategy is the basis for conveying the existence and processes of the gap fund to potential applicants and to the larger community of stakeholders, including faculty, students, and external networks.

    channels including web presence and established
    arrangements through tech transfer office and partners to
    target and expand reach of opportunity
  • Showcasing Fund Impact: Sharing of Success Stories/
    Impact that demonstrate fund outcomes, build community,
    and support for both projects in the pipeline and future fund

Outcomes from this workshop will include a detailed process reviews and documentation that the group can use to identify and build best practices and tactics at their own institutions.

We will also use this as a platform to build out our process document repository in the online member toolkit
